Why are there imperfections in my item?

The vast majority of my items are cut from hides.  Hides have imperfections from bug bites, injuries, etc. to the animal they were taken from.  I do my best to pick the cleanest hides and cut around any imperfections I see, however, sometimes it is not possible.  Therefore, you may see some places where stains react differently to the leather or lines or irregular patterns are noticeable.  Part of the unique nature of the item is the fact that there will not be another exactly like it.  I embrace the imperfections!

 

Can I have something customized?

Yes!  I am happy to do custom work.  You can reach out to me using the Contact form on this website or by visiting my Facebook page and leaving a post or sending a private message.  I do require payment in advance of starting a custom order.  Returns/refunds will not be made on custom orders.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders of items from the website will ship the day after payment clears. 

 

Orders for custom items will vary depending upon the item.  Most projects will ship within 10 to 15 days.  For larger projects, I will give progress updates regularly.

What are my payment options?

I accept PayPal, personal/bank checks and money orders.  Please allow 5 business days for personal checks to clear.  All prices are in US Dollars. 

 

 

Shipping Information

Shipping will be via US Postal Service flat rate packaging.  Package size will be determined after the order is placed. 

 

Current shipping rates are as follows:

Small Hard Envelope      $6.65

Small Padded Envelope  $7.20 (used most)

Small Flat Rate Box        $7.15 (used most)

Medium Flat Rate Box    $13.60

Large Flat Rate Box        $18.85

International shipping is available.  Most locations is $22.50.

Returns & Refunds

Returns of non-custom items are accepted within five business days, IF the item is in new/unused condition. Refunds will only be made for the cost of the item, not the shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.  Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Custom items are not returnable.

Security of personal information is of utmost importance.  I will never sell or give your information to any other entities.
